Quotes are estimates only and valid for 30 business days. Any additional work or unforeseen issues may result in extra charges.

2.2 Invoices and Payments

A 25% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due within 15 business days of the final invoice date. Late payments incur a 5% fee every 30 days.

2.3 Cancellations

• Client Cancellation: Free if canceled at least three business days before the scheduled start date. A 25% fee applies if canceled within 48 hours. If work has begun, the Client must pay for completed work and materials.

• Service Provider Cancellation: Emanuel Homes may cancel services if payment terms are not met. Written notice will be provided.

2.4 Project Completion

Clients must conduct a final walkthrough upon service completion. Concerns must be raised within three business days.

2.5 Materials and Equipment

Emanuel Homes provides tools and materials unless otherwise agreed. Any additional materials required must be approved by the Client.

2.6 Changes to Services

All service modifications must be approved in writing. Additional work may incur extra costs.

2.7 Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship is warranted for one year. This excludes damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or environmental factors.

2.8 Liability

Emanuel Homes maintains liability insurance but is not responsible for damages caused by external conditions beyond our control.

2.9 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through mediation before arbitration or legal action.
