Our Quarterly Plan is designed to stay ahead of seasonal wear and tear with proactive visits in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Each visit focuses on the tasks that matter most for that time of year—whether it’s preparing for extreme temperatures, maintaining essential systems, or refreshing your home’s exterior.

With a simple monthly payment, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that we’re handling the upkeep, so you don’t have to. No more scrambling to keep up with maintenance checklists or worrying about unexpected issues—just a well-cared-for home that’s always in top shape, no matter the weather.

Gets done every visit

  • Keep your indoor air fresh and your system running efficiently by swapping out your HVAC filters regularly. It’s a small task that makes a big difference!

  • Your dishwasher works hard, but a clogged filter can slow it down. A quick clean keeps it running smoothly and your dishes sparkling.

  • A little maintenance goes a long way! Clearing out built-up gunk in your garbage disposal helps prevent odors and keeps it grinding like a champ.

  • A dirty fan can’t do its job properly. A quick vacuum or wipe-down improves airflow and helps keep moisture (and mold) in check.

  • Dust and debris love to hide in your vents. A quick vacuum clears them out, helping your HVAC system work better and keeping the air cleaner.

  • Slow drains? No problem. We’ll make sure everything is flowing freely and unclog any trouble spots before they become bigger issues.

  • Everything in Quarterly Maintenance plus:

    1. Turn on outdoor water supply

    2. Clean trash and recycling bins

    3. Remove insulation from pipes

    4. Remove & store AC condenser cover

    5. Clean gutters*

    6. Clean debris from outdoor air conditioning unit condenser

    7. Schedule HVAC Service for AC

    8. Schedule window cleaning

    *based on single story home, up to 200 linear sq ft - Downspouts, 2nd story is an extra charge

  • Everything in Quarterly Maintenance plus:

    1. Lubricate garage door

    2. Reverse ceiling fan to circulate cooler air

    3. Clean refrigerator condenser coils

    4. Clean Dryer Vent*

    * Extra long or severely clogged will be an extra charge

  • Everything in Quarterly Maintenance plus:

    1. Clean gutters up (based on single story home, up to 200 linear sq ft) Downspouts, 2nd stories and over 200 ft extra)

    2. Drain hoses and shut off outdoor faucets and sprinkler systems to prevent freezing

    3. Inspect Door and Window Seals*

    4. Service portable generator 

    5. Test Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide Alarm & Fire Extinguisher

    6. Schedule HVAC Service for heater

    7. Schedule sprinkler blowout

    8. Schedule chimney cleaning & fireplace inspection

    * if any caulk or weatherstripping is needed, we'll let you know and provide a quote

  • Everything in Quarterly Maintenance plus:

    1. Inspect Door and Window Seals

    2. Move to storage or cover outdoor furniture

    3. Reverse ceiling fans to circulate warmer air

    4. Clean refrigerator condenser coils

    5. Schedule window cleaning

    6. Schedule carpet cleaning
